Request Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Poohter Buyer or Poohter Seller account and related personal data.

What Happens Next

  1. Poohter support receives your request and may verify that you own the selected account.
  2. After verification, we disable or delete the selected login and remove personal profile details where possible.
  3. Requests are normally reviewed within 30 days.

Data We Delete

For buyers, we delete or de-identify profile information, login data, cart data, support request details, and personal account details that are no longer needed for active marketplace operations.

For sellers, we delete or de-identify seller profile information, login data, verification uploads, shop details, and product/media data that is no longer needed for active marketplace operations.

Data We May Keep

We may retain order, delivery, return, payout, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records where required by law or legitimate marketplace safety needs.
